Dear CBR:
Stanislaus Students for Life (SSL) sincerely thanks you for providing us with the opportunity to open minds and change hearts. We recently conducted a two-day GAP presentation on our campus and the results were truly impressive. Prior to our GAP presentation, SSL was fairly small and unnoticed, and our mission of making abortion an issue to be contested was ineffective. However, due entirely to our GAP presentation, SSL was successful in creating a meaningful and long lasting discussion about abortion and its place in our society.
We understand that until people are able to discuss abortion through factual and intellectually honesty methods the unborn child will continue to suffer the consequences of non-personhood and mass destruction. Our use of the GAP materials allowed us to confront a public that is largely apathetic and passive regarding the issue of abortion, and thus challenge the lies that have been spoon-fed to almost all of our fellow citizens. GAP destroys those lies and literally changes the minds of those who were unfortunately unaware of the humanity of the unborn child and the torturous death it suffers from abortion.
In attempting to communicate the truth about abortion to our campus as effectively as possible, we searched for an avenue through which we could confront our “culture of death” and bring about a “culture of life”. Upon finding CBR and GAP we were excited about its potential for success. After conducting GAP and witnessing first-hand its effect on individuals, we are now evermore impressed and convinced that this method is the most effective tool for combating the social injustice of abortion! God bless you for giving all people who are willing to proclaim truth and justice in our society a way of doing so.
