Punishment That’s Cruel But Hardly Unusual

What does capital punishment have to do with abortion? More than you might imagine. Attorneys for condemned California murder-rape convict Michael Morales are reported to be preparing for an important hearing in a U.S. District Court (Judge Jeremy Fogel).
